Available for service during conference dates.
Work a minimum of six (6) hours. Hours to be scheduled by Volunteer Coordinator.
Please note that as a volunteer you may not be able to attend every session you desire. We try to schedule volunteers around the workshops of their choice, but cannot guarantee they will be free to attend.
Pre-Conference Set-up and Signs/Post-Conference Take-down: must be available Wednesday and/or Thursday, Saturday, moderate lifting
Registration Desk: public interaction, computer data entry, cashier
Check-In/Greeter/Usher: public interaction, directing foot traffic, information source
MOA Merchandise Booth: public interaction, computer data entry, cashier, booth sales of tee-shirts, caps, mugs and other MOA merchandise
Dining Hall: public interaction, counting meal tickets
Workshop/Session Moderator: scheduled ALL DAY Thursday, Friday and Saturday (8 a.m. – 6 p.m). Monitor individual seesion/workshop, assist presenter, distribute handouts, answer questions, etc. Note: preference is given to past moderators.
